Where can people in distress go to get help? New video explores pilot project in Aberdeen

At the beginning of February I travelled up to Aberdeen to interview two people about Distress Brief Intervention (DBI), a new initiative which provides intensive support to people experiencing distress.

Shot over just one day, this five minute video asks: what is DBI, and how does it help people? To answer this question, Dr Alasdair Jamieson and James Murray from Penumbra kindly took time out of their busy schedules to reflect on the first six months of the service.
